WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

As the Marketplace Operations Specialist Lead, you will manage one of Nike’s top priority accounts, by providing a premium customer experience, while driving sustainable growth and profitability, and optimising order book productivity.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

You will partner cross-functionally within Nike (with Global and regional Marketplace Operations, the Integrated Marketplace Team, Merchandising, Logistics, Tech, Demand Supply Management) to flawlessly execute launches, initiatives, key commercial styles, and key city framework.

You will execute against efficient order management processes to capture orders, deliver seasonal plans, and meet financial objectives. Manage the order book to reflect account/channel shipment intent. Understand business operations to be able to provide continuous improvement for optimising and maximising order book health productivity. Drive standard reporting and metric/KPIs for superior order book health and integrity. Align on shipment plans for the account/channel - ensuring outbound flow is aligned with Account distribution centre & Store capacity while meeting Nike’s financial needs. Drive continuous process improvement & support operational partners in capability building projects. Lastly, you will lead with a consumer first mindset to deliver market competitive speed across all marketplace orders and help meet our precision commitments on deliveries.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You will report into the Marketplace Operations Manager, working closely with Logistics & your relevant Account Team stakeholders - both internally and externally. The role will have a high engagement with cross-functional partners at both a Territory and Geo level. Peer mentoring & training is expected. WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE?

  • Educational requirements - Bachelors’ degree in Business/ Supply Chain/ Operations Management or similar required
  • A passion for people, self-motivated with the ability to inspire and create a performance culture
  • Ability to build strong and trusted partnerships, navigate competing stakeholders, functional agendas and multiple priorities
  • Experience in a highly cross-functional global business environment with the ability to effectively communicate and influence at various levels within a matrixed structure, including strong storytelling and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of retail value chains, planning processes, strategic and key accounts, and supply chain operations
  • MS Office & SAP experience strongly encouraged
